Do you have great customer service skills and an interest in film/theatre/live events? Theatr Gwaun is looking for another Duty Manager to join our Front of House Team.

As a Duty Manager you are essentially the public face of Theatr Gwaun, responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience alongside volunteer colleagues, supported by the Chief Executive and Theatre Manager and the Operations Manager and Theatre Administrator. One of the main tasks for our Duty Managers is to staff the Box Office, greeting customers and processing ticket and drinks/snacks orders, but there is a broad range of other elements to the job.
